In most cases goods are despatched within 24 hrs using a DHL 24hr courier service. In some instances, if products are not in stock and can not be despatched within this time-frame we will advise accordingly. Items ordered at the weekend or out of standard office hours will usually be despatched on the next working day. Items despatched on Friday may not arrive until the next working day.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
We comply with the standard UK distance selling regulations. For cancellation requests please contact us and if the order has not been despatched then we can initiate a cancellation request. If the order has been despatched then it is the customers responsibility to return the order for a refund to be processed.
To qualify for a full refund items need to be returned in perfect (as new) condition with original packaging in tact within 14 days.
